Sneaker project - Nike Dunk Low "Tropical Birds"

What's Up?

As a youngster, I used to paint and draw often as a hobby. That time I was into sneakers as well - collecting them and matching with the right clothing, the ultimate goal was to have the whole good of colors on my sneaker shelf. However, it was difficult to find unique sneakers in Helsinki at that time. Most of the time I had to order them from abroad.

One day while watching the videos on Youtube I bumped a video which explained how to customize leather shoes. As a guy who wanted to have something unique, I began figuring out how to pull this off on my sneakers. Had to order leather paint all the way from the United States and when they arrived I isolated myself in a room and painted for dozens of hours.

It took 40 hours in total to finish the project till I was satisfied. Check it out and let me know what you think!
