Anniversary month giveaway #17

The giveaways will continue until the morale improves! Till end of the month anyway... My anniversary on Steemit is on the 19th but since the join date wasn't obvious at first, I decided to do a giveaway on each day the month. Today it is an abstract ink drawing with some white ink again. See instructions below on how to win it for yourself.

i was pretty amazed when i first got my hands on the white ink, it made a brilliant contrast. also it was a nice way to open a piece at first as i tend to over sometime. I suppose you could scrape a thick paper for the white. Anyway the white has a body to it, little, so it's more like paint; sometimes i mix the acrylic ink which i prefer and the line between painting and drawing fades. I think the most exciting thing is how it links to digital drawing. I've had a thing with mspaint where i draw as if i was drawing on paper, ofcourse the eraser has always been there if you make a mistake. but the use white ink sort of mentally allowed me to do the negative shading in digital as well (You should see @katharsisdrill who does inspiring things with the light in his digital drawings) I've not used much of the white in few years as i've been focused on getting better with the plain black. There are all sorts of rules we set our selves to follow when it comes to art (and otherwise) on what you should and shouldn't do, but lot of times they are just taken on as they are and out of context. In life drawing class you listen to the teacher, (their opinions vary), to learn things and after that you do what works for your purposes. Anyway, white ink is great.
