Tron Disk using a paper plate (Not movie accurate)

I really enjoy replicating props from films, here is when I replicated the Tron Light Disk from the movie Tron Legacy using only a paper plate I found in the store.

So.. The first thing I did was cut the holes into the paper plate as well as cut the folder into the circle to serve as the base of the light disk. Afterwards I spray painted both with black spray paint.

I then added silver tape to the base of the disk to reflect the LED strip that would be added later.

Then I added the 9v battery adaptor,wires, LED strip and the switch. Sorry for it really looks messy :(

After all of that is done, just hot glue the base to the top then you have your Tron Light Disk prop!
