Character Designs: An Eternal Struggle - Rawr!

Sup guys, been really bogged down with work lately so I've been a bit MIA, but I wanted to share some older work done for a game I worked on back in the day. It was a 3D turn based fighting game for Facebook, pretty fun to work on. Back then myself and @klumsyk were working together at the same company. Good times :)

The story of the game involved a few different fantasy races at war with each other. Vampires, werewolves, demons, and humans. The character on the left named Martuska, was the leader of the vampire army. I was inspired by this character in an old anime(Black Lagoon) named Ballalaika, she was a total badass, and I wanted to get some of that across in her.

To the left is Jules, she was a werewolf character, and the one that led you through the tutorial for the game. This game was released a long time ago around the hype of Twilight, so I think I was looking at some of the characters there for her, I honestly don't remember.

Also tried to make a couple of process gifs from the psds, but I was merging things as I went with these so there are some big jumps.

Work should calm down in a few weeks, then I'll be back with a vengeance, posting new current stuff! :D Let me know what you guys think in the comments! What are you on, team vampire or team werewolf???
