New peacock drypoint! Results.
Good Friday,
Today I wanted to share my latest drypoint.
Drypoint on Guarro Secante Paper Sheet 240 g.
This one I decided to make a limited edition of 5 that soon will be for sale.
These days I am working on creating a shop to my website that I will sell my drypoints from. It is a lot of fun seeing it come together and hopefully it will be a new good way to sell my work! :)
At this point I am just making series in editions of 5-10. I think that is a good amount to start things off and see where the interest lies.
This print has been quite a ride, with several printing- and re engraving sessions before I finally setteled on this version.

They look great! I'm amazed how much detail you've put into your etching. A peacock is no small task!
I bet you could probably do well with a small run of dry point greeting cards or something as well!
Thank you so much as always @offbeatbroad! :D Indeed, a peacock is no small task, hehe.. I think I realized that the third time I had to work more on the engravings after the printing session didn't work out. That is an excellent idea! <3 Love it... Maybe that will be my next project ;)

The peacock is really an amazing, beautiful bird... My finance loves them, she has one just like that tattooed on her arm.
