Hi friends, today I would like to share with you another tutorial for creating with your kids.

You will need:

• cardboard
• scissors
• black liner
• colored paper (blue, green, beige...)
• acrylic or tempera, brushes, water, pallet

This tutorial is suitable for kids from 5 years old. For the younger it is good if you prepare the cardboard base. You can draw the otline first, so it will be easier to cut it out. There are many possibilities for the fish shapes. I used this simple slim shape, because there are more possibilities to complete the painting.

When your fish are cutted out, your children can start to paint. It is good to make the first layer in a few colors and then paint some patterns with black, or white. They can also paint the eyes and mounth.

After the fish are painted you should decide the background. You can use bigger paper to draw the sea, rocks, corals, plants, bubbles, and so on. Or you can draw a can and put them in as a sardines in a can.

Kids will love this activity, because fish are small, so it is easy and fast to paint them and they can use various colors. The background can be painted too, so it is up to your creativity.
