I have read about the Christianization of the Roman Empire in general. But to see the oppression and atrocities listed individually in this document, is something else. It is shocking and very sad what people have done and still do to each other under the sign of religion.

It was shocking for me also. How much knowledge was lost? Some say 90-95% of human acquired knowledge was lost and as Nestorius announced: "... the predominance of mental darkness over the human race" as the Eleusinian Mysteries were closed forever after probably more than 1000 years.

In our culture, in school we learn about the persecution of Christians, while the barbarity of early Christians towards the "pagans" is not spoken about. Also, the destruction of centuries-old knowledge and of artefacts during the period of Christianization is not on the curriculum.

It is clear who writes history. Whoever wrote this one tried purposefully to have us forget what happened thousands of years ago That is why we do not know who built the pyramids, Gobekli Tepe or Sacsayhuaman
