Something Special :)
Hello guys! how're you doing? hope you're great! :D
Today I have something special to show you, guys ♡
Now maybe you're thinking, it's just a drawing, nothing more, nothing less, but this drawing actually represents all the progress I've had in my drawings since 2013.
The other day while I was cheaking one of the folders that I have full of drawings, I found some drawings that were quite old, the oldest ones were from 2012 - 2013. One of those drawings caught my attention, one of the 2013, the first colored drawing that I did (at least that I can remember). When I saw that, I had the idea of do it again, to see how much I had improved. At first I only did it for fun, but the more the drawing progressed, I realized that there really was a change in the way I draw, so I decided to test my skills, and try to do the best I could.
This particular drawing that I found is from an anime that I only remember having seen a couple of episodes. The drawing was of the protagonist of the anime Bleach, Ichigo Kurosaki.
I didn't have the image of where I had made the drawing, so after a quick search on google I found the image! :D
Now you've seen the image I took to make the drawing, and the result, but before showing you that first drawing that I made 5 years ago, here are a few photos of the current drawing process:
I almost finished with my sister's black color when I had to color the clothes xD
And now without further mystery, here is my old drawing:
And as you can see, I was pretty lazy at the time so I didn't even bother to finish drawing the clothes or make a background Hahaha xD
This made me realize the progress I didn't really know I was having, It was a pleasant surprise honestly, and I'm proud of that old drawing even though it doesn't look so good, I still remember that when I drew it, I felt as if I had made a master piece :)
I'm just gonna end here, I'm getting emotional now (> <。)
Hope you like it guys! ヾ( ^-^)
-Love, Eddy ♡
I can see the improvement but the old one is very good too. The new one looks like you are a professional.
I would not call it professional, I just put a little more effort on that one :)
Good job Eddy! I love progress shots 😉
Thanks Noelle, you know, now I'm just curious to see one of your old drawings (°ω°)
If I ever post them, I'll let you know! Haha
