Braid Drawing Contest by Kothy. My Entry
This post serves as my entry to the Braid Drawing Contest by @kothy.
The process of drawing braids that @kothy made was really helpful look at how I made the braids.
Step 1: Draw 2 diagonal lines (The length depends on you so I just went and draw short length to finish quickly xD)
Step 2: Draw a zigzag line in the middle of the 2 lines. (It doesn't have to be a perfect zigzag just a plain old zigzag :D )
Step 3: Connect the zigzag line to the diagonal lines from one point and try to curve it.
Step 4: From the connection of the zigzag line and the diagonal line, draw hair strands of equal and unequal lengths to produce a realistic effect, continue in every connection until you finish.
Step 5: Apply loose strands just like the tutorial in @kothy 's post.
Ta-dah!!! and we are done.
Honestly this is my first time drawing braids, I was not sure to join the contest and then I thought maybe it will be fun and help me more. Thanks for this wonderful contest @kothy I really enjoyed it. I gained something so its a win win for Looserwin xD .

Awesome tutorial. I haven't tried to draw braided hair. With this one, I think it would be little bit easy now.
