Traveling is an experience that forms various memories, I always have natural and great feeling each time am travelling to the village and seeing the occupants in that area use canoe for various purposes, some of them use it as a means of transportation from one location to another which have been source of income to those who engage themselves in carrying people from one place to another, while others who uses the canoe for fishing and trading. The part i love most is when i normally follow my grand father on his canoe to market some goods within and to other neighboring village, It was really a great experience.

This memory now brings about imagination which i decided to put into drawing. Drawing comes from inspiration, my source of inspiration is the experience i had then. The art is focus on those that use their canoe as a means of income for living.

✏️then i started applying more details to the sketch to make the lines thick and pronounce 👇

✏️i applied some light colors to the reflection in the water, to make it more realistic 👇

✏️paint was applied to the people in the canoe and i also put attention to the forest surrounding the river 👇

✏️finally, i applied different colors of paint suitable for various areas of the art to bring out the features to be shown in the art 👇
