Alolan Raichu!
This form of Raichu is only found in the Alola region, adding psychic powers to its strong electrical abilities. It is thought to have been related to diet as the reason for the change. Raichu can control its electricity using psychokinesis, and, using these powers, can hover on its tail like a surfboard to get around.
The official Pokemon site says: "Even Pokémon researchers don’t know why Raichu’s form changed in the Alola region. The people of Alola seem unconcerned by the question. Their guess: maybe it ate too many sweet and fluffy round pancakes!"
And such, this Raichu loves to nibble on a pancake!

Easy enough! It's too cute!
Flat Color
Each color is put in its own layer, easy to lock transparency and shade!
Shaded
The final touches! With each layer locked, I can shade using the G-Pen without worrying about going outside the lines or bleeding. Working on lighting here! I finished up by going back over a bit with the airbrush to gradient a little of the flat color to blend it just a bit more.
I hope you enjoy this little image! These sure are fun to do for me.
