Stone henge Quick ballpoint sketch!
Just a quick multicoloured ballpoint pen sketch of the famous Stonehenge of England before dealing with the real stuff of life sigh
Lez start!
So the first thing I did was
Sketching
Since this is just a quickie drawing, I immediately started stroking some lines for the stones. Some are on the top of other stones, some are on the ground and most of 'em are merely standing.
And then I started applying ink to the sketch...
Inking
The first color ive used was the yellow one, it is to mix up with the green pen in order to attain a lighter shade of green. And then I started adding up some green at the left side.
Continued coloring the ground

So I continued overlaying the green color to the ground. As you can see, It resulted to a light green/yellow green.
I started coloring the stones...
Inking III (Stongehenge)
After finalizing the ground, i then started inking some parts of the stonehenges. So in inking the stones, I used 3 major colors which are the yellow, brown, and black.

Last part, coloring the sky/background
Inking VI (Background)
Making up the background was the last thing I did, and since the sky is blue so I used a color blue pen and made a 1-direction hatching first then I added an overlay which has an opposite direction to the base color. So technically, it formed a cross-hatching.

So, Stonehenge is a prehistoric ring of standing stones that is locally located in England. Each standing stone are around 13 feet high, 7 feet wide and weighing around 25 tons.
It became a controversy many years ago and brought many theories but until now it still an unsolved mystery for the world.
We may not know the real stories behind those stones but there's one thing I am pretty sure of ...

Nice picture, flowaaars~ It reminds me of when I was in UK two years ago. I went to see the stonehenge but tourists are no longer allowed to actually touch or even walk around the actual stones anymore. It's cordoned off so all I could do was take pictures from a distance.... :3
