My Virtual Gallery - Now Open
A POST IN WHICH I OFFER MY DIGITAL ART TO YOU BY DONATION IN THE HOPE OF ADDING TO MY PENSION POT :)
Being a What You See Is What You Get kinda gal I like the concept of the Honesty Box.
Linda's Honesty Box
Keen to think the best of folks, I am drawn to the implicit trust that any remote transaction relies upon. Call me naïve but I envisage a world where people actually assume full responsibility for their own actions and work together for the greater good of all without jostling for an ill won advantage.
So, I have consciously decided to post my digital art without embedded watermarks.
As an Illustrator I worked for big name clients such as IBM, Hallmark Cards, Oxford University Press, Virgin – I could go on.
My work is original and professional.
If you like one of my images and wish to get it reproduced for personal use I invite you to right click, save and pop a virtual donation into my honesty box knowing that I am grateful for your support.
Here in my Virtual Gallery new work will be regularly posted below; so, if you like my style be sure to pop by often as I upload new delights.
The Tiger.
Koi and Lily.
Angel Child
Elephant and Butterfly
Stag and Spirit Boy
With Love & Thanks.

I love this concept! I too may be a naive fool but I feel the same and I think you're wonderful for promoting an honesty box. Very cool :) Beautiful art as well.
Thanks for your enthusiasm.
I love the concept myself although I doubt it will yield any significant rewards.
:)
Perhaps there is a way to promote this idea collectively as artists? - I don't know as I am still relatively new here.
Checkout @slothicorn if you haven't already.
Happy creating.

Your work is gorgeous and I think it's brave and cool you trust people to donate as they 'want' :-) I am thinking about ways to present my photography on Steemit, so I'll follow your progress and would love to hear your experience with this! Maybe somewhere on a Discord channel or in a future post? :-) Good luck on creating more of your art!
Thanks for your encouraging and generous comment.
Brave? Perhaps stupid! Who really knows.
People can always find a way to unscrupulously copy work and to be honest there is little small folks, such as myself, can do about it.
Better to fain trust and hope people have a conscience I reckon.
:)
Off to visit you now.

I like this concept. I’m still brainstorming about how to implement it where the people who have more to give are ready to give. Let’s brainstorm!!
Lets!
There is certainly power in community.
I would be interested to discuss how this could work in a broader sense and certainly how it would be possible to catch the eye of a few bigger players who care to share!
