New piece in progress!
Hi all!
For my first post I wanted to share a new piece I've started, my first oil painting of the year! It is only on an 8"x8" panel because I am painting out of my living room now that I am without a studio(school was so good to me). The dark hue is Egyptian Violet, an incredibly dark violet paint that occasionally has some extraordinary effects but also sometimes just appears black. The light hue is my favorite luminescent lemon mixed with phthalo green. It might be done, it might not, but I'm so excited about it that I had to share. Thanks!
