As the day unfolds, colored pencil art

Hello Guys,so today I'm gonna be showing you my colored pencil art's processes in brief,what struck the idea and how I go about it.

First of all, I saw a colored pencil work on Pinterest and I really love the brilliant work the artist did and so I decided to bring mine out in a little bit different perspective. I call it as the day unfolds

In the art,is an open book with several pages,and the visible pages is seen to be branches of tree extruding out of pages living some cracks on them. It depicts the evolution of day and night and some little features I could add to its evolution. With out much ado, I did some of such and adding night effect in mine and a kind of Wooden flower vase which seems like it outgrown in to the pages.
