read peoples posts, comment intelligently, earn upvotes and followers... go to new members page, read their intro...advice and encourage them...dont ask for follower...you see you gain a lot of followers daily...spend not less than 5hrs daily on reading and commenting...you get noticed...and followers will flow...thats the secret...your posts are few. comment over 200 intelligent comments daily...half on new members pa and another half on hot and trending...earn upvotes and followers
