You know what? I know exactly what you mean, I personally don't like drawing on paper at all but everyone swears that my drawings are better on paper. I think it's because on the bamboo tablet I use I'm not drawing directly onto the screen so it must make my lines less accurate and so on, I wonder if it's the same for you?
If that's the case, maybe saving up for a cintiq might be a really good idea because that's what I'm going to do if I make money out of all of this.
Hmm, that's interesting, because in my case I feel more confident drawing digitally and my lines are better there too.
Actually one of the tablet's features I like the most (except of Undo and layers :) ) is that I can see the whole drawing on a screen and my hands and pen doesn't cover any part of it. I mean - nothing is bothering me when I draw digitally. So the whole Cintiq concept seems a bit strange to me... :) Well, of course it's like digital paper and there is some magic in it, but I still prefer regular tablet anytime :)
