How I can cope with depression

I have a big trouble in my life
I loose the target
I forget all about the future
There is nothing ahead
Help me to cope with my depression
to find the new way
escape from the biggest hole in my hart
I hate all around me
I want to be free to be happy
to smile every day
but i can't
Only art can heal my sick soul
