🎨 Let Loose and Color! Life of the Wild Timelapse Art Video! (My first coloring book I published) 🎨
Coloring is such a therapeutic activity. It has personally helped me relax and unwind during times of stress. I really believe in the power of coloring. In November 2016, I published my first coloring book for adults called, "Life of the Wild." This coloring book was illustrated by me, and has 37 unique hand drawn images. Coloring can be beneficial for the following reasons:
- It can train your brain to stay focused for an extended period of time
- It is fun
- It can help you destress and relax
- It can help your motor skills

For fun, I thought I would make a time lapse video of me coloring my own work in. I love using funky and bright colors! It's fun to let your mind wander and just color. If you have never coloring for fun, I highly encourage you to try it out. It's good fun.

My sister also draw the drawings for a kids coloring book, so I relate to this much more..
To draw and to color it is such a relief.. It is my charger when I'm down.. When I draw I just loose myself in the drawing, it takes me to another place where time is slowed down, where all the colors mix however you want...
You surprised me with this! I thought I'm gonna see only Acro Yoga from you :) :p and if I remember you said that you love climbing? Or you went to try it? Because I tried climbing few days ago and I went bouldering after... What a day that was!

I actually went climbing yesterday with @acromott, it's a lot of fun! I only top rope now, because my knee is pretty bad... it can't handle a fall from bouldering!

Same!! I seriously LOVE coloring. Not in adult coloring books, though. Haha those things 'cause me to be more stressed out instead of more relaxed.
Even though the hedgehog in yours is super cute!!! And holy crap you drew those??!? Why are you talented in everything! Man, maybe I will get adult coloring books now just to support you! But when I'm back home, since I doubt they'd ship to Malaysia, and I'll be gone by the time it arrives anyway.
Do you sell other stuff on amazon too? I'm an amazon seller as well. ALMOST created a book and then never finished it :( Kind of sad now after seeing this, maybe I should.

okay haha I'm excited about it. I have this weird thing where I specifically like to wear my onesie and THEN color. Unfortunately, onesies aren't a smart item to travel with in your suitcase :(

@karensuestudios read my edited version of the first comment! I'm kinda ADHD (okay actually I'm super ADHD...I was diagnosed as an adult) so I comment as I read and then I end up having to go back and update comments as I continue reading. It's a bad habit lol.
wow! can i just say that those are some seriously detailed and mesmerizing illustrations!? sooooo much beauty packed into one little book! I'm more on the design and illustrate side myself, so Im not much of a colorer - but these are immensely beautiful - id buy it just to hang them on my wall:) You should sell prints as well!

There is actually a wine bar close to my place that has a coloring night once a month. It’s super cute! The put out art and colored pencils everywhere for people to color while they hang out and sip wine.

Oh, I figured it out. For India it costs $33.16 including shipping charges.
