Oh cool. I thought perhaps the women was hand drawn and then scanned, touched up etc and then the digital art was introduced..
I do do that sometimes but the drawing app and pen actually allows quite easy sketching so not this time! The app is called infinite painter and costs around 10$ on the play store. It is easily one of the best 10$ I have ever spent.
