I've felt trapped for a long time. I could say that my life, from distant youth, has been a continuous and sustained effort to free myself or to escape. I believe that it is not achieved definitively or permanently; only for periods or moments, by the cultivation of the soul or spirit (out of dependence on any religion), in my experience. But always in disposition, alert, to try not to be just another little fish of the oppressive network, which can be social, political or moral, as local, national or international.
