I am not very creative. If I tried to make that I would likely end up stabbing myself and going to the hospital haha
I see these things all around where I live and quite honestly ..... I just don't get them! I think they look horrible!! Just me though.
I think those are blood stains of the person who made these. Nice piece of art though. :P
