new art projects for a guy on a market
I've been working on quite a few projects this week at my shop. If you are not familiar with my business, I run a sign and t-shirt shop that is located on a produce market. This week, someone came in and asked if I could produce for them a sign for their peanut business. They wanted one peanut to look "super happy" and the other peanut to represent a different company who's peanuts were not as good.
So what I did was piece together one peanut that is sad, not living up to the standard of a good peanut. The second peanut, which represents the peanut for the business of topic, looks cool and is by far superior. The designs is below:
The next set of images are signs that I have created this week for our produce market that is on site. Many of the customers have an array of fruit and vegetable types. Some of the vendors are from Jamaica, Mexico, Georgia (state in continental U.S.) and more. With these images, in order for our Roland printer to cut around the designs, you have to put a specific pink-colored outline (known as a contour cut line) for the printer to read where to cut. Below are some of the many images already put together this week:
Hopefully we have more to come this week. A busy week for me means I'm able to keep the business going!
Thanks for stopping by and look forward to more work and seeing some of you guys' work as well!
