Sex with one of these machines would be like necrophilia. There is no warmth, no human smell, and no hormones or pheromones. This whole AI and robotics craze forgets that we are animals and operate with more than just our minds. Our bodies (which affect our minds and emotions) require many other subtle stimuli.
I'm imagining a technology sufficiently advanced to be able to "grow" androids cell by cell, complete with cardio-vascular systems, which would also functions as a cooling system similar to how it works with us, which would make androids have a certain warmth. Smells could be reproduced... True, she probably wouldn't have pheromones, but many people don't seem to need those to engage in sexual activity. :)
Yes, as much as some of those things can be artificially reproduced, do not underestimate how much the correct subtle nuances are important for us. Yes, many humans appear to be able to ignore their biological drives and cues, but at what cost? Science is starting to catch up with just how important some of these things are in the long term. The point I am making, is that we in our technological arrogance think that we can create artificial substitutes for the natural world, and often believe they are superior, only to discover much later that there are many unintended consequences.
So, maybe its safer to stick with the real deal, or worst case, images, lube and a box of tissues. ;-)

Let me clarify, "statutory rape" isn't "rape", it only signifies the age. In fact usually it's understood that both are consenting. And that would be especially true for these two, I imagine. :)
