"UPRISING"

Growing as a child I've always fond of playing my toys, especially robots, I still remember the days when I open my closet full of robot toys, and play with them till the time I found myself already sleeping in the couch. It is very memorable stage moment of my life because it is the time where my creativity and imagination comes out in the sense that I'm placing myself as the pilot of the Robot and fights with robot villain something like that. I know you can relate to this, not just for boys

but also with girls playing with their barbies, dressing it, something like that. Those are the precious childhood memories that I will always treasure, because it the part of my life that fills up the space of the person whom I've become right now, which priceless and irreplaceable. That what lead me in illustrating me this Fan Art Poster, I've always wanted to illustrate Optimus Prime, but that time I still don't have the equipment to illustrate maybe in the next few days. But for now I will share to you my illustration since Pacific Rim is known for its colossal robot and monster fighting with each other. A dream come true for me. Since that what I always do since my childhood, portraying a robot fighting the evil monster. And note, Universal Studio didn't pay for this or what, its just my fan art to pacific rim.

I've also made another poster utilizing the background that I've used in the first poster.

So here's a little bit info and synopsis of movie Pacific Rim Uprising

Starring: Charlie Day, Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba, Rinko Kikuchi

Summary: When monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity's resources for years on end. To combat the giant Kaiju, a special type of weapon was devised: massive robots, called Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. But even the Jaegers are proving nearly defenseless in the face of the relentless Kaiju. On the verge of defeat, the forces defending mankind have no choice but to turn to two unlikely heroes-a washed up former pilot (Charlie Hunnam) and an untested trainee (Rinko Kikuchi)-who are teamed to drive a legendary but seemingly obsolete Jaeger from the past. Together, they stand as mankind's last hope against the mounting apocalypse.
