My Entry to Kothy's (How to draw braids ♥ Braid Drawing Contest!)
Hello guys. I hope you're all doing good. So, I saw a post a from @looserwin about this contest last Saturday of him joining, and I got interested since it looks fun and knowing it's @kothy 's first time hosting a contest. So I decided to participate, I'ts my own way to support my fellow steemian. Since I'm a new to Steemit, this moment is also significant to me, because it is my first time to join a contest in steemit. Yeah you've heard it right, it's my first time. And I count this moment as a little big step in Steemit community to contribute and to join many more contest !
So this is my Entry I hope Kothy will like it.😂😁😁
Here's the pattern used 😊🙂👍
And then I follow the direction or flow where the the arrows go↩↪⤴.
I've used Faber Castle Classic color pencils, then used a light pink,red, and violet for the hair strands. 🖌🖍
TIP: I leave a white areas, because that may serve as highlight to hair.
Next, because I ran out of black color pencil, I used a pen to put darker strands to have depth.
Working on it 💪✍
After Furnishing, this the result (I've a little bit of problem in using the pen, because it won't apply with one stroke of a pen. Maybe because of the color pencils that applied first, which make the paper slippery) But I still satisfied with my work though. 👍😁😀
