Original art (not named yet), Story Of Higher Service- The Real Question

Happy Friday everyone! I am very excited to share my latest painting with you.

I just signed it yesterday. Here is the story that goes with it. Somehow, I painted this in only 2 days. I had a sullen morning the day before yesterday and instead of acting it out on others or closing the feeling up in my heart I poured it into relentless action, with as much detachment from the result as I could muster. Before I knew it, the day was gone, my victim identity was gone too, but something new was born. That little mouse sleeping on a pile of gold...if only we knew that we're doing the same.

By the way I used real 24 karat gold leaves on the sections of the gold pile that the mouse is sleeping on. It’s bit of a hassle, but never changes color compared to the imitation metal leaves which need to be preserved by all sorts of chemicals.

I have another thought to share with you, that came along with this painting. Something that the study and contemplation of Gene Keys made me very aware of:

"Personal ambition without a higher vision of service is essentially a form of corruption. It robs the world."

My personal ambitions changed dramatically over time and even more so with beautiful realizations I reached through contemplation of my shadows. One might even say that I have very few ambitions left, while the simple greatest one is to fully awaken my genius and give it to the greatest service of the Whole- that of awakening genius in others.
Nothing really belongs to us. There's nothing wrong with having personal ambitions and material desires, it all part of Maia and WILL ONE DAY TRANSCEND, but the sooner you see through the game and realize that all of this is based on the illusion of separate self, the sooner you can be free of it and live a much happier fear-free life of giving and joy, knowing in every cell of your being that you are being supported by Life in every moment of your endless existence. Hi. My name is Jan, and I am here to serve. May I fully embrace this mission in this short achingly beautiful life. May we all. Thank you.
