My First Project in Modo
My First Real Post on Steemit
I want to thank everyone who was so nice to me in my introduceyourself post. This seems to be a really nice place and I have already gained some followers so I thought that I would post some of the work that I am learning to do. This building is the first project that I have done in almost any project. I think that this is a good first project. It was done in Modo 11. This version was just released. According to @iamwne who helped me create this picture it is still basically the same program. We have both version 10 & 11 on our computer incase something in 11 turns out to be really messed up.
This is not the only program that I use. I also am learning Sketchup. I don't have any of my work ready to render out from there but as soon as I do I will post it on here.
@jackstep - this is great modeling work! I like the reflection-mapping of the building and the sky color tones. It reminds me of skyscrapers we have here in NYC. During construction they look like elegant skeletons (sometimes I think it would be cool for them to stay that way!)
