Street art on a building that will be torn down soon

I really love street art but feel as though there is a time and place for it. If someone is illegally tagging someone else's property or a public space, even if they are talented, I hate that. However, this building is going to be torn down soon and while I am not certain if this is the case, I would imagine that the artists had the permission of the owners and if they didn't...well, the building is going to be a pile of rubble soon so no harm done.

I always enjoy a bit of "skullage" in my street art, and while this isn't exactly top drawer, it is good enough. It also has a 2-Pac appeal to it that might have been part of the inspiration.

Is it kind of Superman? It seems to have some inspiration from it anyway. Regardless, I like it and the wide range of colors makes it even better in my mind.

Some might argue that this style is too common or cartoonish to be admired but I disagree. I think it is fun and well, I don't really know where I am going with this but I feel as though they artist had some degree of talent to make it happen.

I can't say for sure but it appears as though someone came along and painted the entire exterior wall of this place black, perhaps to give the street art more of an appeal. I say this because the rest of the building is not black (what remains of it) and it would be very uncommon for any building to be black in a tropical country anyway. Who knows?

I enjoyed it and am a little disappointed that it is being torn down to be honest. However, it doesn't fit in with the rest of the surrounding properties (which, by the way, have no graffiti on them) so it was great that these artists got to practice their trade presumably with permission, at least for a little while.
