Seni kopi khop adalah cara menyajikan kopi dengan cara gelas terbalik, yang dialasi piring dibawahnya, meminumnya bisa sambil mengangkat piring ataupun diminum melalui sedotan, caranya ditiup terlebih dahulu sehingga cairan kopi merembes keluar gelas.
Filosofi kopi khop ini disajikan dalam gelas terbalik adalah agar kopi dapat dinikmati tanpa takut terkontaminasi debu dan kotoran.
