Well, I'm just sharing the experience. There's a big difference about dynamic sketching and sketches for future finished artwork. I went thoough this task and it took me 1-1,5 hour a day (so it was about a minute to draw one pose). But then I went to "drink and draw" sessions, and there they start with 10 seconds per pose. And it works, so... :)
