Make breaks between your work out days

Hi, guys!

Today I learned a god lesson from the very morning. Do breaks in your work out. Even if you think that everything is OK, and you can do more and more. Anyway - make breaks in your workout.

I woke up at... Ooooops, 4 p.m. Too late even for me, and I still feel sleepy. After a week full of training my body said "Hey, enough!" and decided that better it will stay sleeping, cause if it'll wake up - I'll invent some more physical activity to do. Actually I really planned it, had to have a body balance training at 10 a.m. But I not just overslept - I fell into real anabiosis.

So, again - make breaks. My hubby tried to warn me, by the way, but I really rare listen to anyone lol:)

So probably today I will stay in state of this little sleepy gremlin.

Hello Friend. If you are right, you have to take breaks, because more than doing good you can hurt yourself if you exhaust yourself too much. Rest everything you need and then return to your activities but more calmly. I do not want you to hurt yourself. Your gremlin pattern is very beautiful, I love that contrast of colors you used. I tend to do everything on 100%, so... Yep, sometimes I really forget to rest before my body does it itself:)
