IT cake for IT specialist: Linux and Free BSD at crime work:)
Hi, guys!
Today we're going to celebrate my hubby's birthday that was actually on the second of May, but we decided to make the party itself on weekend. I ordered something really special for this event, and now I'm expecting for the surprise to be delivered.
I have a culinary defect - I can't make cakes:) I'm quite good at pies, but cakes - no chance. And I wished to put a really special cake on the table on this special day.
I have a friend who makes cakes, it's her home business. And every cake is unique, every and each one is a masterpiece. I would cal her an artist of cakes! So, a week ago I connected with her and asked to make a special IT cake for my IT husband's party.
It's still not here, when it'll be delivered I'll take more photos and probably even will film a short VLOG, but at the moment I just can't avoid sharing some "work in progress" shots my friend sent me!

Real artist is an artist in everything. Also I'm in no doubt that it had awesome taste, but I already feel sorry that we will eat it:)

HAHA, oh my, that cake tickled me. Great job on the detail, lucky hubby! I wish that we had that as our wedding cake!
