Steemians! The message is from the Mother... go outside. Be in Nature. Give your mind a rest. Sit quietly and listen to the wind or a stream. Dig your fingers in the dirt. Pay attention to the world. This other thing - is the construct - but the world - where plants and trees and animals are IS the real world. Observe what is there, and become filled up by it.
If you are sick, find an herbal natural solution. If you are tired, look deeply through your heart into the eyes of an animal and feel their comfort and encouragement. If you are happy, take a walk, barefoot. Wrap your arms around a tree and feel it's energy. Reconnect to the ALL and experience the unconditional giving of the Mystery.
