Suddenly and completely unexpected there is such a little girl with big eyes in front of you and says, Papa I want you to buy me a unicorn. At this moment you think, crap I've known that someday. What follows afterwards is the attempt to explain to the child lovingly that there are no unicorns (at the moment there is the danger that you break the child's heart). Now you could still try to explain to the child that the dad already drunk a beer and can not drive into the unicorn shop at all. But you will see no matter what you say, the child still wants a unicorn. The only and also really reasonable solution is to make a unicorn with the child.

die von euch die Kinder (speziell Mädchen) haben werden das vielleicht kennen, irgendwann kommt es zu dieser Situation. Plötzlich und völlig unerwartete steht da so ein kleines Mädchen mit großen Augen vor einem und sagt, Papa ich möchte das du mir ein Einhorn kaufst. In diesem Moment denkst du, Mist ich hab gewusst das das irgend wann so kommt. Das was danach folgt ist der Versuch dem Kind liebevoll zu erklären das es gar keine Einhörner gibt (im dem Moment besteht die Gefahr das ihr dem Kind das Herz brecht). Jetzt könnte man noch versuchen, dem Kind zu erklären das der Papa schon ein Bier getrunken hat und gar nicht mehr in den Einhorn Laden fahren darf. Aber ihr werdet sehen, egal was ihr sagt, das Kind möchte immer noch ein Einhorn. Die einzige und auch wirklich vernünftige Lösung ist, mit dem Kind zusammen ein Einhorn zu basteln.

Als wir uns auf diesen Kompromiss geeinigt hatte, blieb noch die Frage zu klären was wir dafür alles benötigen. Hier nun die Liste der benötigten Teile für das Einhorn.

Nach dem wir alle benötigten Materialien haben, können wir uns als Schöpfer eines Einhorns betätigen. Und das geht wie folgt.

First, we take one of the children's socks and fill it with cotton wool, making sure that the cotton is stuck in the socks. The sock should be stretched properly so that a lot of cotton fits into it. If the sock is properly filled with cotton wool, the sock is tied at the end with a wool thread. By pressing and kneading, you give the head the right shape.

Zuerst nehmen wir einen der Kindersocken und füllen Ihn mit Watte, dabei ist darauf zu achten das die Watte fest in den Socken gestopft wird. Der Socken sollte richtig gedehnt werden damit viel Watte hinein passt. Wenn der Socken ordentlich mit Watte gefüllt ist, wird dieser am Ende mit einem Wollfaden zusammen gebunden. Durch drücken und kneten, gebt ihr dem Kopf die richtige Form.

Nun benötigt das Einhorn auch noch einen Körper. Dazu nehmt ihr einen etwas größeren Socken, diesen füllt ihr wie zu vor mit Watte. Achtet auch hier darauf, das die Watte richtig fest gestopft wird. Ist der Körper fertig, dann verschließt ihr den Socken ebenfalls mit einem Wollfaden.

Nun könnt ihr den Kopf und den Körper miteinander vernähen. Am besten so, das die beiden zusammengebundene Öffnungen zueinander zeigen. Wenn ihr die beiden Teile zusammen genäht habt, bringt ihr durch kneten der Wolle, das Einhorn in die perfekte form.

Da das Einhorn auch noch Beine benötigt, füllt ihr vier kleiner Socken ebenfalls mit Wolle. Wenn ihr diese verschlossen habt, werden sie ebenfalls wie vorher Kopf und Körper zusammen genäht. Genau so, wie die Beine geht ihr bei den beiden Ohren vor. Jetzt ist das Einhorn fast fertig und wir gehen an das fein Tuning.

Das wichtigste bei einen Einhorn ist natürlich das Horn. Für dieses nehmt ihr etwas Wolle und umwickelt diese mit Garn, bis es die nötige Festigkeit hat. Mit einem roten Faden könnt ihr das Horn noch besser zur Geltung bringen. Was natürlich auch noch benötigt wird ist eine Mähne und ein Schweif, für diese nehmt ihr am besten etwas dicker Wolle.

Die Mähne, der Schweif und das Horn werden ebenfalls an den Körper des Einhorn genäht.Jetzt ist das Einhorn fast fertig. Die Augen werden noch aufgeklebt und mit einem schwarzen Textmarker wird dem Einhorn noch ein Mund und eine Nase gemalt. Zur Verschönerung könnt ihr auch noch Glitzer Steine aufkleben.
