HELLO GUYS!

so i worked on this Digital Piece long ago and i named this piece "Connected" , I wanted to covey the feeling of Connectivity , 

Doesn't matter how far we live from each other we are still connected through different emotions and feelings! 

So this Digital Piece took me 2hours to complete , Now i'll show u Behind The Scenes

As you can see it's Black & White , i always start any painting from Black and white because at this stage you don't have to think too much about colours! it's all about Values at this stage

You might have heard from other artists that "Values are more important in a painting than colours" and yes! that's absolutely right!

it's also easier to make changes to your piece and change values! 

Now after putting in the big shapes , i make another layer above this B&W image and set that to "multiply" ( i use Photoshop btw ) and i add any colour from the colour-wheel onto that multiply layer! it's more like a monochromatic painting! then after adding a base colour i add more colours on the canvas according to the needs or materials in the pictures 

(See i added a muddy Orange colour on that multiply layer)

Now i added some more details on the clouds and i gave a round circle shape on the characters clothes to show that they are somehow connected to that city and themselves

And after adding more and more details , it's done
