The education is more related to the intellect than to the intelligence, we are not educated to recognize ourselves from the emotions and to manage them adequately inside us. Since we are child we have been in touch with different feelings, and when we are adults we do not know how to manage or canalize them, and it is hard to differentiate the origin and we meet the internal conflicting. How much we think and allow ourselves to feel?

In to the walk of life we cross many corridors where we see big dilemmas wrapping up ourselves in the arms of the insecurity, battling between the reason and feelings. There exists an imposition that comes from the entrails while we listen to the mind and the heart, and it is difficult to balance because in many occasions it hard to us to identify the one who is who according to the complexity of the moment.

To seek for having peace and to do the possible thing for feeling good and happy, it keeps us firm for the fact of wanting to be free. But it is difficult to leave us through what life provides us, the dilemma makes us a blind person of what we really need. We doubt constantly, we are afraid of entering the crafts of the suffering for the instructions to follow the heart or the mind and we dispute for probably ove think the things. Simply we are afraid to the mistake, to the society, to the external thing, forgetting our own one.

The determination to separate everything what causes the great conflict inside us, in some cases we take it so far away that ends hurting us physically. We forget to live, to embrace the uncertainty, that mistakes also bring wealths, nevertheless, we lack faith. But, how do we come to the healthy balance plunged between the logic and to feel? It is not a secret that the mind takes to us for the way of the reason and it makes us to forget about what really we feel, but to feel without measure can take us to the constant failure.

On the other hand, we have needs, many of them into the social order, whereas others inside the taboo and the scandal. We live suppressed because it is said to us like to live and since we must act. I want to be what my passion me dictates, but my parents are architects, for example, and wish to be the best architect in the world, but they do not teach us to identify and develop our passions and we think that everything what is advised us is beneficial for us.

The thing is that the reason and feelings come from us, internal side. Both are part of everything and the sensible thing is to live through the dilemma until the moment we decide to dare to go for what we need to grow and to evolve. Everyone will guard what will be the major priority to live, if to do the way across the feelings or to construct from what the mind chooses. This is a reality, that we must educate ourselves to admitting that we are the only ones responsible for all our movements.

The human being is complex in itself, and every situation which we face leads us to understand little by little, and we will die and there will be things for recognizing inside us. The circumstances will force us that we must notice what the mind ignore, nevertheless, the beating of our vital organ does not reveal the symptoms of understanding on the course that we take of our life.
