The differentiation within the variety of each human being speaks to us about identity, that distinguishes us from others, from being what we are.**

We distinguish ourselves from others by such simple and basic aspects, that we put them aside and do not consider to evaluate ourselves and recognize the aspects that place us within a group of individuals. The language we use to communicate, what we eat, the way we relate to others, including the way of thinking, the history that binds us are characteristics to show what we are.

Society plays a fundamental factor in this reality, because moral values ​​are present within each group of people, ideas, habits, beliefs, population, among others, that we are submitting and incorporating "chip actions" of what is must and should not. This leads us to choose, protect, even fight, to defend what we believe it is right. And the respect for diversity is a key factor for the development of human beings, for a sincere world and without hypocrisy.

We are unrepeatable, we can not pretend to force others to be like us, the twins are apparently the same, but psychologically and emotionally they are different, each person and culture has unique aspects, and that we must respect with fidelity. The environment enriches us and forges our personality due to the mixture of cultural elements that get involved. This is the true globalization of the world. There is no one superior to another, and no culture is above another.

However, chaos does not always come from outside, we carry it inside and by circumstances it is altered, producing dissatisfaction just by looking at the aspects of others that we consider flaws. But everyone has their reason for being and that is what it is. There is no reason to consider it a danger for humanity, and for that reason it does not have to lose any tradition or custom just to think differently. I think we should keep in mind that the manifestation of each people, community, culture, place, custom, are symbols of respect, and to consider that makes us respect ourselves.

Awareness about respect for diversity is to consider the development of human relationships because each society contributes from their ideas, customs and beliefs, leaving traces that can be examples for others, it is only to be tolerant and accept so we can perceive the position and personality from each person and in this way to truly learn from our environment.
