Temple II
"The major problem — one of the major problems, for there are several — one of the many major problems with governing people is that of whom you get to do it; or rather of who manages to get people to let them do it to them. To summarize: it is a well-known fact that those people who must want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it. To summarize the summary: anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job."

Hi @gric,
Fantastic artwork that you are presenting here since a while!
You may consider to make an #introduceyourself post to tell the community a bit more about your work (or yourself). This might give your contributions a higher visibility here.
Cheers,
Shaka
Thank yo Shaka! I will do so.

Yes...this can often be the case. However, Some have come to the conclusion that if good people do nothing...and not take power where it is openly given, then psychopaths will fill the vacuum. Kind of sucks...lol
Most good people just want to live simple and enjoyable lives with little stress and noone stomping on anyone elses face.
