Ai Weiwei (艾未未) born 28 August 1957 in Beijing, is a Chinese contemporary artist and activist.

I visited the gallery Tang Contemporary Art’s in Hong Kong, were you could witness the work of the artist around refugees. I had never heard of the artist before but I was very glad to see this unique way to approach this topic.
