So I found that you have way more color selection when you use acrylic paints... so I just water them down and get the same effect as watercolor basically... then when it's all dry I like to go back and ink a drawing out of the mess
Oh that is such a brillant idea. I did a series of 'coffee maps' where I spilled coffee on canvas (first time was a mistake) and then penned in continents and islands and things. It looks good. Keep it up!
These little ones aren't to bad. Since i water down the paint so much, the longest part is waiting for all the layers to dry...i'm super impatient hahaha. After that the line work goes pretty quick
