Well, first of all, this is an artwork, and not a photograph.
Second... The other day, I was in the grocery store, I saw more "nudity" than this, by a guy.
Third... nsfw, meaning "not safe for work", yes? Why would anyone surf Steemit at work?
Fourth.... If someone still wants to flag me because of THIS image, they may do so...
