in #art6 years ago

Leonardo da Vinci was one of the most famous painters of his time and so far many historians are trying to solve the mysteries of many of his paintings, he is the owner of the Mona Lisa or the smiling woman that you see smiling in any direction you see them and in fact Leonardo da Vinci had a lot of fantasies that painted the forms of many inventions Such as the human ability to fly or his ability to dive underwater.
Leonardo da Vinci left more than 6,000 sheets of his life containing the ideas he had as well as grocery lists and some jokes. He also wrote in detail about his inspiration, desire for fame, and deep heart wounds.

Things That you don't know about Da Vinci:

1 - He was an illegitimate child:

Da Vinci was born in 1452 near Venice. His father was a monarch and justice writer named Messer Ser Piero da Vinci. His mother was called Katrina and belonged to a family of peasants. So his parents never married and Da Vinci lived since his childhood with his mother until he was five years old. Then he moved to live with his father, who married another woman.

2 - He did not enter school:

Unlike all other Renaissance artists, it was not known that Da Vinci had received formal education but was already learning to read and write mathematics at home.
Having lived in the countryside, Da Vinci spent most of his life outside the house wandering about nature and contemplating it calmly. According to his writings, he was most intrigued by the characteristics of water, the behavior of birds of prey, and the recipe for detailed hunting battle for one of the hunted birds he saw catching.
When he was a teenager, Da Vinci was sent to work with one of the early Florentine artists called, Andrew del Firucchio. It did not take him long to become a professional in the painting

3 - Some of his works did not complete:

Leonardo da Vinci was known to be a painter so slow that he died without completing some of his works. It is said that the Mona Lisa is one of his finished paintings, but there are many other paintings that are not ended. The most famous of which is the Adoration of the Magi, which was found incomplete in 1481 and placed in Gallery Uffizi in Florence in 1670

4 - He was carrying a combat aspect in his personality:

When he traveled to Milan he was skillfully able to reach the Duke of Milan at this time and his ingenuity was able to be one of the Duke's friends and carved one of his best bronze statues in the form of a horse in the 15th century. But this was not what Da Vinci wanted from the beginning. He made a lot of military equipment to the Duke such as guns, smoke launchers, mobile bridges and military vehicles but the problem is that there is no evidence of the use of these machines or even their implementation.

5 - He liked to observe the behavior of water:

He has had many theories about hydraulic water behavior as he has developed many drawings on some of the vehicles that float on water and under water.

6 - Leonardo da Vinci was the first to develop a theory of why we see the sky in blue
