Easy Step by Step "Lady" Artwork
Hello guys! I missed you all. I had been sleeping all day long for the reason that I was taking medicine for my allergies.
Few days after my stay in Dumaguete, my hands and feet were having allergies. It was itchy all the time. I wanted to have this checked but then I have no one to send me to the hospital.
Anyway, for today I am back with a simple art tutorial. I wanted it to be simple so that beginners can easily follow the procedure.
Let us get started!
Materials Used:
A clean and unused page from a sketch notebook
Pencil for making guide lines
Colored Pencils
Step 1
Using a pencil, draw an oblong shape and a somewhat rectangle shape. Make sure that you draw the shapes lightly so that it can easily be erased for finalization.
Step 2
Start drawing some details on the face particularly on the hair and shape of face. If you are still unsure of the distance from every parts of the face, you can make use of lines. It is also useful to identify on which side of the face is closer to the audience.
Step 3
Make your lines finer as we are about to start putting some colors on the face. The lines should not be hard to emphasize femininity on our subject.
When using markers in coloring, make sure that you use the lighter color first just like mine. Here, you can see I used a lighter tone before adding the dark tones.
I used black my black brush marker for her face. For more emphasis, I tried creating shadow on the face. I also painted the subject's shoal with red.
To complete our mini artwork, add flowers of your choice. For this artwork, I chose flowers with pink tone.
If you have questions, feel free to ask me. Leave a comment as well if you want to share your output.
Have a great day! 😚
