Time.....

This is a picture of my watch that I have changed a bit in a photo editing program.
Nice to do...
But when I was working on it, I was thinking about time and where it came from,
never thought that there was no time in the past.
So therefore the next interesting piece of text.

The oldest known sundial of 1500 BC. from egypt

The oldest known sundial is located in the Egyptian Museum in Berlin. He has the catalog number 19744. Probably he comes from Eschmunein. He dates from the reign of Thoetmosis III (1479 - 1425 BC) during the New Empire. The name and titles of this pharaoh are written on the side.

He is of stone (schist) and has the shape of the
letter L. The short piece is the gnomon (upright shadow giver). In that gnomon there is a hole for the attachment of a small shooter. Below there is a vertical direction groove for the wire of the shooting ladder.

On the horizontal plane of the long bar are five circles as marks of a time scale. The distances between the marks relate to numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
