Mountain Goat (Ink Drawing)

Hi Steemians. Happy New Year!!!
Recently, I made up my mind about adding wildlife art to my regular portraiture art. I love animals and love to study them too. I feel I can be more creative with animals than humans. I can imagine a particular animal in certain positions and draw it out to look exactly as I imagined with less flaws compared to when I try doing the same with humans. Part of the changes I'm adding to my 2020 art career is the introduction of wildlife art so as to create versatility in my works, so expect more animals in my future posts. I'll keep working with my Charcoal medium but hope to add other mediums soon too.

To begin my ride into animal kingdom, here is a pen drawing I did today of a mountain goat. They are rare to find in most countries and are unique for their horns. This drawing depicts the mountain goat on a solid platform with the moon at the center of it's curved horns.

After a free hand sketch with my pencil, I drew out the mountain goat with my pen.
