Judge Nothing the Way of Art

This evasive inner joy will come when we are able to discover our inner self. It's spirituality that assists us to locate this internal reality, which is our internal self.

Consciously or unconsciously we want to be joyful. The heart of spirituality is finding the joy of life. The pleasure synonymous with spirituality is an internal joy that doesn't depend on success in the content world.

Spirituality is ease. When life is complicated, cluttered and complicated we feel under pressure. If we are able to minimize the requirements in the outside world; in case we could minimize our needs we could delight in the inherent simplicity of lifestyle. As Sri Chinmoy proposes

A very simple life enables the seeker grow. A true life enables the seeker dive and fly. A dreadful life helps the seeker adopt the breadth and length of the Whole World. "

Spirituality entails living in the current. This is a vital requirement to learn the craft of living. As soon as we worry about the long run we produce issues which might not happen. As soon as we repent the past we squander our valuable time. It's only by focusing on the present moment which we're able to practise the basis of spirituality. In our greatest meditation we proceed beyond the realm of time. Spirituality isn't encumbered by notions of the future and past.

On the planet you will find teeming imperfections. There appears an endless list of issues. If we're not careful we can devote our time finding fault and others. Our criticisms might be justified but they won't ever bring reassurance. Additionally through criticising the planet we don't advance its progress 1 iota. Spirituality teaches us to prevent judgement. If there's anything to judge it's just ourself. Spirituality says we shouldn't criticise the entire world but love the entire world and enjoy the good qualities of the others.
