Art Nudes

A woman carries the entire force of creation within her. She goes through cycles just like mother nature, some of those cycles can be calming and serene yet others can be chaotic and destructive. I find it to be an intimidating yet interesting thing, especially when interacting with a woman. We are one in the same yet the uniqueness of the woman is amazing and so mysterious to man.

I use to hold myself back before from drawing nude women because people have the tendency to be quick to judge and sexualize the image of a nude woman but I learned to just not care what people had to say. I simply express myself, different people will interpret my art from their point of perspective.

In some of these painting my intent was to portray the gentleness of a woman with some kind of chaos inside as well to create the balance. I tend to apply that concept to many of my artworks. It's the law of nature, creation and destruction, life and death. I also like to add abstract patterns into what I do, simply flowing from the subconscious.

Here are a few watercolor and ink paintings I've created in the past couple of months. I gave them all a similar style.
