“Peacockchu”

Version 1 (24 x 30 inchoil on canvas with silver leaf)

This was a painting requested by my wife, she wanted this particular peacock with a turquoise color (why not its one of a kind) and it was funny when my youngest daughter saw it she said it was like Picachu thus why it was named Peacockchu. This is still in progress, although not final yet, i was already happy with this result, i used a silver leaf and glazed the top with purple and the lower part with yellow and brown, then then with the peacock used combination of prussian blue and pthalo green and sap green and change the hues with ivory black and titanium white.

Been very busy this past few week, and unable to spend time with steemit, and boy a lot has changed over the past week, well i hope to show you guys more of my painting in the days to come. Thank you for your time visiting my page.
