I was inspired to paint this floating bamboo raft when i went to the Philippines, the location was in "Matabungkay Batangas" in the Philippines.

Its a very creative floating raft where its usually stationed where the coral and fish gathers, and you stay in the Balsa for snorkling and to watch the colorful fishes and have food and drinks prepared by the locals where you can enjoy the scenery and the experience in the Balsa

Here is the Process of my painting:

all my paintings always start with a soul, and represented by the "Flower of Life Symbol"

I like the sunset setting as it brings out the colors for the sky and the clouds
the Floating bamboo raft or "Balsa"

I painted some reflections from the trees nearby and also from the raft, and colored the water same as the sky

I liked the addition of the rocks that could be seen like its under the water its a new technique that i learned

this tree it gives you a sense of perspective and you could sit by the log beneath the tree to enjoy the scenery and meditate with nature

I aslo added sunrays why the painting was dry, its very lightly done with i stroke luckyly itcame out straight

And finished painting under a flourescent light, when i take a final picture i use a spotlight so i dont use filters in photos but use different light settings to show more color.
